The advantage of booking your wedding at Hautbois Hall is that we allow you to book your own caterers.  Catering is often the largest expense to any wedding budget, but with no minimum numbers or high hotel package prices, you can keep your budget within reach.  Options are endless but here are a few suggestions for your wedding breakfast / evening reception.

 

Picnic – bring along your own blankets, straw bales and picnic hampers.  Pick a spot within our gardens for the perfect laid back wedding breakfast.

BBQ or Hog Roast – as formal or casual as you like.  Option to have your guests seated and then invite to help themselves to the food served outside underneath the cart shed or for guests to enjoy the food casually around the gardens.

Wood Fired Pizza Oven – perfect for an evening reception, rolled,  flipped, filled and cooked in front of you and your guests

Formal sit down 2/3 course meal – design a bespoke menu with your caterer, waitress served to your table.

 
BYO – bring your own food.  finger buffet, cheese board or a sweetie table.  Especially popular for evening receptions.

 

With the exception of bar staff, your caterer would need to provide their own waiters/ess to assist with the delivery.

 

Drinks Reception

 

Whilst you take time to mingle and greet your guests in the wonderful surroundings that Hautbois Hall offers, we can offer a wide variety of drinks to offer your guests.  Whether enjoying a Pimms on the front lawn, a flute of prosecco in the barn or a cool beer on the Tennis court lawn, where ever you decide to greet your guests you’ll be sure to have a beautiful backdrop.  The licensed bar is extremely well stocked with a diverse range of options and bar prices are reasonable.
